Is this a Tubicate? Sea Squirt?

I picked up a new piece of live rock that has some various mushrooms and what appears to be maybe a filter sponge or worm? Not exactly sure. I think it is a clear Tubicate possibly. It is on the left side of the rock, center of the picture.

Sure does look like it to me, great little non photosynthetic filter feeders. Maybe an asternia in there as well?

Here is another picture of the rock. Definitely an interesting piece. It has a lot of growths on it.

I can't tell what the critter is in the first pic, but the 'rock' is actually a coral skeleton from a Pipe Organ (Tubipora musica) Looks like it's got a couple of different types of sponge growing in it - orange and tan.

Update, my Yellow Belly Dog Face puffer loves chomping on this, so it doesn't look so great now lol.
