Is this better than PC for a frag tank?

I am setting up a 20G H frag tank just to put some Zoas, softies, etc. in. Would this ne better than a 96W PC light? Thanks.

Yes IMHO it would be much better... You have much better options as far as custom color with a T-5... You have more bang for your buck with a T-5 over a PC.

I agree, T5s seem to last better than PCs. If you are buying new, I would go for T5s. If you already have PCs, they will work fine as long as you keep ontop of your bulb replacements.

but the t5s will payback pretty soon since their bulbs cost a whole lot less.
