Is this Red Slime Algae?

My wife just alerted me to this. Having only been in the hobby for a year I am not familiar with red slime algae. Does this look like RSA to the experts here?

That is what it looks like to me. Maybe adding some flow will take care of it.
 
Thanks guys, I added flow as best I could. The whole piece is moveable so I repositioned it, maybe that will help. Sadly I got my first tank jolt somehow, my forearm was against my T5 light while I was messing with it and it got me, low voltage obviously.
 
Take a turkey baster and simply blow it off. Have a fish net ready to get it out, or try and use the baster to suck it up and out of there. Then, test for phosphates which are usually the cause of getting the stuff in the first place.
