Ok ...so on my lights I have white ,blue,blue,UV, red/green channels .
With the comments above mentioning corals using spectrum within white such as green,red does it change any of that. Being as I can provide those spectrums without white is everything the same ?
My purpose of bringing up this thread again was to see if I was missing any growth potential by not running white lights when nobody's looking at my fish.
