I have a whole bunch of these growing on the wall in the reservoir on my tank. They are very tiny. I'd say the biggest is no more that 3mm in diameter. Any ideas what this is? It's the best pic I could get.

Those tiny ones reproduce like crazy in my sump. I don't see that many in the display but for whatever reason there are hundreds in my sump. They cause jam-ups in my filter rollers...
Beyond that I don't see any harm that they do.
