JBJ ATO questions

Ok so aqua cave is doing a special and i'm thing of getting one. But i have some questions wanted to know some stuff about then;
1 How reliable are they?
2 How do the float switches work? and do you need a hole drilled for them to work?
3 Is the setup and operation easy?

2. No they come with brackets and suction cups.
3. Even a Caveman can do it!

I think Sammy from Aquabuys sells then for $85 all day. So depending what you shipping is, you might try him.
