I recently took down my 55 gallon and traded all my liverock and corals for a drilled 30 gallon with an oak stand and canopy with a sump included (thanks robby:thumbs
. The 30g is drilled in the bottom back right corner and has an overflow.
Plans for the 30 gallon
<u>Equipment </u>
• Turbo Flotor 100 Multi Protein Skimmer
• VorTech MP20
• X2 Rena cal heaters 300 watt and 100watt
• Reef Keeper 2 System by Digital Aquatics
• Sump with Refugium lit by Coralife Incandescent to Fluorescent 50/50 Screw In Bulb
<u>Lighting</u>
• 36" 4x39W SLR T5 High-Output Retrofit Kit w/ Bulbs (Ordered)
• Bulb Configuration: 2 ATI Blue+, 1 KZ Fiji Purple and 1 ATI Aquablue Special
<u>Livestock I’m moving from the 55 into it</u>
• Ocellaris clownfish x2
• Emerald Crab/ton of snails
• Scarlet Skunk Cleaner Shrimp
• Large colony of Galaxea
• Starry Night Acropora
• Candy Canes (about 25 heads)
Monday my lights should get here and I can get the retrofit kit installed into the canopy. Sometime next week I will be getting my MP20. I plan on having the tank running Wednesday!
The sump is 13.3 gallons</em>
