Kessil a150w

I have been thinking about setting up a 40 breeder using two of the Kessil a150w LEDs as lighting. I have done a ton of online research on these over the past month. It seems I find people that are confused or people that like to say how bad the light is even though they do not own one and saw a picture of it on the net (the same people that tell you that you can't do something because they heard it from some other guy saying that it couldn't be done on the Internet).

Anyone in the club or forums have any experience with these? Are there any LFS in the Northern ATL suburbs that sell this light or where I can see it with my own eyes?

I saw the light at a local store over a tank. I liked the shimmer lines as they best mimicked a metal halide. Would go with it but can't adjust or dim the light. There is talk of a new light in the works that is coming soon with these features.

I've been doing plenty of reading about this light over the last couple of days. I too would like to see it in person, more so for the difference between the 10K and 15K. There has been a lot of talk whether they work or not, but folks seem to like the growth results they are getting.

Their new light, the A350, is supposed to be dimmable and an have an adjustable beam. I heard it should be out around March/April.

Any LFS have this light setup? Some pics online of the 15ks look very blue, but then I see some that aren't that blue. Then I see others posting that the 10k is bluish while other say it appears 10k with only a hint of blue.

Curious about the price on the a350 when it comes out with all the upgrades.

I have been giving a lot of thought about purchasing one of the Ocean Blue Kessils and placing it on one end of my 40 breeder build with a 150w MH on the other end.

May I know which store has this light in dispaly ? wish to see in person and decide between 10K and 15k. thanks.

Someone I know is using them as sump lights. The 10k is more in the 12-14k range. But for what it's worth I like the AI nano better for the price range

Any LFS have this light in display ? Very interesed in getting them but can't decide between sky blue and ocean blue.
