That's why I suggested Facebook. It's a lot harder to give bad CS when there's a crowd watching.

You would expect some sort if apology for the inconvenience, you know? They just didn't seem concerned at all. Really frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone, even if the chip is centered properly. Go with with Ecotech or AI. I've had my hands on both of their best LED lights, the build quality is far superior.

Do you still have the Kessil? I see similar priced 350s on eBay and thought it wasn't too bad of a price. Besides the bad CS, is the light still performing OK?
