I believe I've identified what I have correctly. See link below for pics and description. Sounds like I need kill them. Any ideas? I've heard kalk paste used to kill different pest. Is that considered concentrated kalk liquid or actually a paste? Does it have to be injected, squirted near the polyps or spread in the case of a paste?

Are the rocks removeable? I'd be a little worried about the pH spike from kalk paste, unless it's a fairly large tank or not many polyps. If the rocks are removeable, there are lots of creative things to try.
 
Kalk paste is no different the "Joe's Juice". Just a high PH paste that you squir over the pest. I am not sure if it will work here but it is worth a try. I would not try a whole bottle but a bit will not hurt nor spike your PH..
