Koralia 1400s Magnet problem

Has anyone had a problem with the magnet on the impellar splitting? I've had two split within a month. The first one I couldn't even remove the magnet from the housing. The impellar seperated from the magnet and I've been down a PH ever since. Today while I was cleaning one of the others, I noticed it wouldn't spin after I reassembled it. Pulled it out to find the split magnet.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if it was covered post warranty period? I bought mine from Jenn a couple years back and I'm pretty sure I'm out of the warranty period.

Yep, out of warranty. Had one do that. Just replaced the impeller for $15 and was back in business.

Could you glue it with super glue if you were feeling cheap or had to wait till a order came in?

Not likely. When they split like that it's usually the inside corroding and pushing outwards. If you catch it early and seal it before it swells, maybe. But it will be very temporary.
