J jennm Active Member Lifetime Messages 6,638 Reaction score 7 Jan 26, 2012 #2 There's a 2 year warranty on them. Either contact Hydor or the vendor you got it from and they should be able to repair or replace it for you. It's a known issue and it's an easy fix. Jenn

myvwrock Well-Known Member Supporting Messages 780 Reaction score 349 Jan 26, 2012 #5 just had to have mine replaced , not sure if they were under the 2 years or not. But i just cut the cord and sent it to them and I got replacements Edit: make sure you have platy of impeller fluid in it as well.
