Before I go looking for a new one I have a calcium reactor that is leaking around the acrylic lid. It’s at the top where the pvc comes through it for the recirculating occurs. It’s a really old MRC MR6. I took the lid off and found some acrylic glue I had laying around and dabbed it all around the pvc on the inside and outside touch points. Still has a slow pressure leak.

is there anything else I can do to repair this or do I just need to look for another reactor?

There may be a glue made to bond PVC and acrylic. I know for plumbing they have glues formulated to bond PVC and ABS for example.

I straight up cracked my acrylic cylinder. You can just go to home depot and get a piece of acrylic sheet, cut out a hole the size of the pvc maybe smaller. Then just glue the sheet inside of your reactor with some acrylic glue. Mine hasn't leaked since I did my fix.
