Can't wait to join the led club!! Power compacts are def getting old! I hope I picked all the nice stuff! :)

Yeah I think you could have gotton something cheaper that's just as good if not better.

I had a black box led and it grew sps no problem.

You can get them for 100 and under

Well I'll be sure to let ya know how great they are I'm super excited :)

Edit: And it cost a lot more bc it's 90 percent built I got a controller controller box and full spectrum I'm really excited about it!

Looking forward to helping getting this set up.. :) I'll be sure to take pictures.

Will these retrofit into the hood? I have a 2.5 year old RapidLED retro kit and love that I could keep the hood on the cube.

Congrats!

Wow that's a beefy system , it should be great.
Be sure to dial them way down at first , your coral will freak out over the intensity in comparison to the pc bulbs.

Yea I was thinkin starting out at 20% then dialing up 10-15% every two weeks

Edit: I'm hoping the colors of my corals will be a lot nicer under the LEDs

Cam-

I use to have a BC14 with his retrofit kit and they are STRONG! You might honestly have to start at 10-15% bc of how closely they are mounted to the water line. I started at 20% and had to lower bc the corals were being shocked by how much light they were receiving.

Ok nice heads up thanx man! What are some signs of my corals getting too much light?
