leds

Actually there is a thread on here about that one 250 at 8 hrs a day runs about 5-6 bucks a month. 3 x 250 about 16 bucks. Find the thread and do the math you aren't burning nearly as high asyputhink you are. I was surprised.

They are quality built as I said before they are the same as the other models without some of the fancier features

Reefbreeders is a variant of these lights and there have been many positive reviews of their stuff. I think they offer a better warranty than the Ebay lights but I could be wrong. Reefbreeders does a lot of group buys through RC, I bought a value unit through one several months ago. Only difference I see is mine does not have as many red LED's as in the picture of the ebay unit.

I'm not taking as that I'm saying even the guts are the same on most brands. Most of the high end models are made with Chinese parts the same as they ebay one

Do you want coral all the way to the end of the tank? The best way to find out would be to email them and ask maybe two of the 32s would work not to sure

Yea the way I have my rock set up its about 4in off each side of the tank so Id like it to go all the way. I will shoot them a email and see what they say. Id rather get the photon 48

Edit: And what degree optics should I get?

You might want to check again.. I been doimg some research and they are not identical. .. the evergrow doesnt have some of the bulbs the reefbreeder has.. dont you think if they were the same light who ever came out with them first would sue the crap out of the other company
