Then cut it to the size I needed and used the top of the tank to bend it into shape. I bent the first couple ones I did because I was too impacient.
The other part that was a pain was the angle on each side of the bow in the front was alot more than 90 degrees. So I cut a slit in the corner piece and heated it up and moved it to where I needed it to be and then rapidly cooled it in water worked out pretty well.

As you can see it is not perfect, butI am sure that if I had alot more time, and determination I could have made it look perfect. I honestly don't care what I looks like I just wanted it to function.
I hope that helps, if you need more info let me know. It really is easy. I never worked with any of these materialsbefore I did it and it only took me about 3 hours to do both of mine.
