Lighting and filter question

Ok I'm picking up the70 gal tomorrow.now it is 24 in deep and only has PC lights and I'm wanting to setup a reef so I was thinking of going mh and maybe even keeping the PCs that are there now. My question is how many mh do I need can 1 work our will I have to have 2?
Also it had a wet dry filter, are they ok for reef or should I change it to a fuge/sump and can that even be done if that's what I need to do?

What are the rest of the dimensions on the tank? length and width.

I had a 90 gal that was 4 feet in length and i had 2 250w Mh over it and everything did really well. I dont think that 1 is going to give you the coverage that you would need to grow coral in all parts of the tank.

FWIW- 48 x 12 x 24 would be a 60 gallon tank.
