Lighting help?

Ok I have a 29g tank and this is my second time setting it up and my old light fixture started to spark. I Would like to know what to get i have heard a lot about the t5 fixtures and mh. I want to try and keep it kind of cheap. Any suggestions? The detentions are 30L 12w 18t.

Have you thought about the CREE LED system?

The new LED is nice.... but pricy. Not sure I could pull the trigger on an LED compared to other options.
