Lighting ideas for a 37 gallon tank for softies

I've been researching all over and thought i'd ask some help for the pros on deciding what type of lighting system to get for my 37 gallon tank. Tank measures 22" high 30" long 12" wide only looking to do softies and possibly an anemone. Things thats killing me is i'm not trying to break the bank 200+ is there any type of lighting that will work for things such as zoa's, mushrooms, leathers ect?

Forgot to mention that i also have 2 sea clear light fixtures look like 20x8 i'm trying to move if anyone is interested. Got em from a friend who bought a 65 octagon tank for her lizards and didnt need the light
