Lighting question

This is only related to my fish only QT tank which is now a 40g breeder...
What type of lighting do the fish need? I have Noopsyches planned for my DT and will be using one of those above my coral/invert QT but just wondering if the led's that came inside the hood are good enough for the fish?

I'm going to say for just fish those will be fine.

Not necessary to light a QT tank. Any light is only for your viewing needs.
