<span style="font-family: Arial">mcmaster carr (they have a location on the west side of town) carries what they call</span><span style="font-family: Arial"> "Flexible Standard-Wall (Schedule 40) Clear PVC Unthreaded Pipe"</span>. Reading the description it sounds like the spaflex we use except it's clear. Only problem may be that it comes in 5 and 10 foot pieces. Don't know if a coupling would get in your way. :dunno: I've never used it, just sounded like an option.
