My name is Bill and I just found the forum. I relocated to the Cumming area from Wisconsin about 5 years ago. At that time I sold all my tanks rather than move them. I setup my first salt water tank over 25 years ago and have had everything from 10g mini reefs to a 275g reef to a 6'x6' saltwater pond. I've always loved the DIY projects this hobby is so good for. I've build skimmers, light hoods, reflectors, reactors, ponds, stands etc over the yeras.

I'm in the process of setting up a 90g reef and can't wait to get back into the hobby. It has been too long of a break from it. My set is going to be much simpler this time compared to my last system. My last one in WI was around 800 in total gallons plumbed together. It was the pond, the 275 reef and several frag tanks all in one system. It was awesome, but also a lot of work.

I'm very glad to have found this forum. In WI we had a really active local reef group and it was great for sharing ideas, having meets and swapping frags.

Welcome, sounds like a great project! Make sure you post pictures

I will sure try to. I always forget to take photos as i'm doing stuff :)

in case anyone is interested, here is a google photos gallery of some of my prior stuff.
