Looking for 1 inch flex hose

Anyone know where I can find 1 inch flex hose without getting a 2nd mortg on my house? Maybe I'm out of touch with the pricing, but I'm finding hose in the $40-$50 range.

If that is standard, let me know.

edit: do you mean the spa flex or the pre-made stuff that looks like a washing machine drain hose?

Are you looking for the PVC or clear vinyl variety. If you need the PVC, Aquacave.com has it for $1.99 a foot. They also have the Vinyl type.

That being said, on my last order they sent me vinyl instead of PVC. I have 5' that you are welcome to if you want it (BTW, they credited me the cost of it no questions asked).

I have vinyl pond tubing, $1.99/foot. Black, thick wall, doesn't kink.

If I had to do mine over again I would use 100% flex. I found this a bit late, but is not too bad online and the time it saves is incomparable!!!!

I stopped using ridgid as soon as I found this. I ordered 100ft 1" and 3/4". It is a DREAM to work with and well, well worth the money.
