looking for a precise liquid needle valve

Guys,
Can anyone point me in the right direction for a precise needle valve to adjust effluent from a reactor.

Plenty of metal ones, but as this is saltwater going thru it, I'd prefer plastic. US Plastics has a John Guest needle valve for about $11, but they are out of stock right now. Only other plastic metering valves I found were at the $100 price point.

Would a CO2 valve work for a liquid? I have metal CO2 needle valves, but the metal issue again.

I'm just not getting the accuracy I'd like right now with the plastic pinch valve that came with my reactor.

Do a google search for stainless steel needle valve and a bunch will pop up in all different styles. I have used many of these in the past and are very accurate and can be dialed in to exactly what you need. Should last quite a while in salt water as used in the chemical industry to control all instrumentation. Don't remember prices but I just did a quick search and saw them for less than $50 bucks.
Don't think the brass on the co2 will hold up that long before it corrodes but it also might hold you long enough for the plastic ones to come in.

Brass is copper and zinc, mainly copper. You can guess what leeches out.

Stainless steel will still rust in saltwater. and according to a fish magazine I read a few years ago, surgical grade steel can also.

Yep. If you're going metal, it'll have to be titanium. Good luck finding that one!

Guys,
Thanks for all the help. I decided that the all plastic needle valve from usplastics was the one for me. I wanted the push fit needle valve and just got word it was back in stock, so I ordered that and some other fittings to make a reactor manifold to keep my three reactor and ATO tubes sorted out.
