I have been trying for a while now and it would appear that I just can't maintain a good tank. I have lost the passion and just want to sell the lot. Where do I start?

Starr by making a list of the equipment and take some pictures. Decide on a price that you are ok with taking, unfortunately in this hobby we rarely get what we paid for things, set a reasonable price.

You can share your setup info maybe some pics, there are hundreds here that can help you get back on track!!!!

I have 3 healthy fish, 2 healthy corals, an urchin and plenty of inverts. I do a 10 gallon water change every week and have the fish store check my water once a month. I also change out the lights once a year. However, anything new I put in, fish or corals just die. And recently all the rocks started turning red. Not slime or cyano, just red. So I am done. I am tired of pouring money into it. I just don't have the energy or the passion for it anymore.
