Looking for some SPS

Well maybe im not ready for it.. Im still on the learning curve. I really want a Tyree Rainbow Monti and a Garf Purple Bansai Acro and a really nice chalice... Are those going to be difficult?

Monti would probably be a good starter SPS. IME, montis are the best SPS for someone who is trying them for the first time. They are very tolerant. Most, if not all, SPS change color in a new environment. Be patient.

Don't let people scare you. I didn't know a darn thing when I started my tank and I threw SPS in it once it was cycled. A few years have passed and I only know a couple things more than I did before. I've lost very few corals in my tank despite making many mistakes. I learned a lot more by trying to keep the corals alive than by not having them at all. An SPS frag isn't like a Powder Blue Tang. You don't have to feel some ethical obligation to doing all you can to preserve such a precious specimen that can only be procreated in the ocean. Reefers like myself are growing the stuff like crazy. Heck, I trim off a ton acro branches to be thrown into my calcium reactor just because I don't want to bother trying to sell them.
I'd encourage you to buy some stuff from other reefers and see how you do with it. When you stop killing those frags then go spend the big bucks at the LFS.
