Ok I'm reading a book about coral and trying to pick out some easy corals that I can start with. I'm going to list a few on here and see if yall can help me out with the best choices. Just to start off with.
Blasto pineapple, trumpet (also called torch and candy cane) starburst purple mat, leaf or vase, mushroom, zoas. This is a list I'm thinking of picking the best two or three to start with once j get the hang of it I can start branching to some of the more challenging species. Any thoughts?

To start, I would go with things that don't have a skeleton. Zoas, shrooms and the like.

Zoas and shrooms are easy... trumpet corals are fairly easy as well

That's what I read. I just wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything when I researched them. Like maybe some tentacles or poison. They don't always tell you everything. Lol

Leather coral is a really good beginner coral.

Edit: And usually corals only reales toxins if your fragging them depending on what types of coral it is.

Hey Kourtney, if Lori still has that toadstool leather (I believe she got it in last Friday)</em>, that would be a real nice piece to start with.

It's really only a issue while fragging/handling.

Ok I thought that's what I read but I wanted to make sure
