Well fr the last three days I have been fighting a bacteria infection and well it has claimed the life of man of my fish... My powder blue starryblenny strawberry basslet fire goby pair of clowns one of my black clowns and some more... So I hope I can get them through it before I loose my hippo sail fin and yellow tang . Now my pink anthies has it too...

there's medicated foods at alot of fish stores? pics two days ago could have saved them!
are you doing anything?

We need a lot more information. Tank size, filtration type, other livestock, water chemistry, etc. The more you post, the more help we can provide.

I don't know any of that bc I'm at ait and the tank is home but they are feeding them the medicated foods but it was so rapid it literally popped up and they where sea before they could make it to a pet store

What are the symptoms? How do you know for certain it's bacterial?

Best to provide more info and/or pictures. QT and proper treatment is the best likely way to go once the diagnosis is made.

I'm just goin by what the fish store told my mother when she brought the newly dead fish in

Okay so it looks like ich and they have like a slimy white coat in them

Pictures would help. "Slimy white coat" sounds like it could be more protozoan in nature than bacterial. Different treatment. If it killed that fast, it could be Brooklynella...

Could be...

Pictures tell the story.

"going to basic soon"
not a good way to start a tank.
It's really not fair to ask this community to help you through your mistakes. I hope you'll plan and do a lot more research before you try this again.
I wish you well, but the animals you bought are probably all dead.

Rough but true. At least if it is something like brooklynella you are going to be done with basic training long before you will be able to introduce any new fish.

Well... Tank has done great as I went away being that I mainly built it for them not me... And the rest if the tank is fine.... It only killed the fish that have been giving me trouble since the day I bought them. But aside from that I have never had any "real" problems since when I first started other than mistakes I have made. And I'm working in getting pictures I'm a little lost on this situation myself . But I just want to put it out that the tank has not been mistreated in anyway if anything might have been babied to much ...

If almost all of your fish have died your tank is NOT doing great.

I said was this was out of the blue. Like I knew it was coming.... There was no prior signs al levels have been good all equipment working fine coral looks great. And all the others fish in the tank are not sick at all

Why kick a guy when he is down?

Yea figured that much ... But they are all getting treate with medicated food and are all doing great. So I hope it's on the up turn now. And yea that tend to happen to me alot on here idk what I did to pi@@ so many people off....

Sorry about your fish Paul. I don't think the average aquarist is ready to combat every infectious disease that can be introduced into their system.

It's okay it happens not getting anger tho I'm taking it as a learning experience and moving on to build I stronger and better ecosystem. I just wish I understood what was happening bc I feel ba for them firing a horrible death like that
