lyretail anthias Behavior issue

I got 3 lyretail anthias a few months ago I ended up with two males 1 is a sub male kind of dull gold the other one is turned red so I ges he's a supper male and one of the meanest fish I have ever cared fore in 3 days he has killed my firefish a kohal tang and this morning a diamond watchmen gobie I saw him in the act with the gobie . I was able to catch him with a needle and thread ( homemade speargun) all fin no body he is in the sump now. Has enyone had issues with them before.

I kept 6 females and one male with a scopas tang and mystery wrasse for about 5 months and had no issues. The male lyretail was the 2nd to last fish I added, the scopas being the last. The only fish he ever interacted with were the female lyretails he would sometimes chase them but that's it. How big is your tank?

Tue tank is 36x24x20 with a 250gal sump
All 3 were female wen I added them I have even Sean this guy go after my flame Angel that doesn't go to well for the anthias
Wen I'm talking mean I mean on par with a clown trigger

I keep Lyretails and they are some of the most friendly fish with great personalities I have ever had. I have never seen any agression. Def my favorites.

I love the fish the other 2 eat out of my hand and will let you pet them but the other one will atack you on site maybe a few days in the sump will calm him down
Just remindes me of my trophius Debosi bull he was only alowed around other fish to bread then back to the sump


Or a undercover agent to git me to spend more at the fish shop
