Mag Impellar to Needle Wheel Mod

I can't find anything on hot to do a needlewheel mod for a mag impellar. Can someone please get me going in the right direction? I am using a MAG 5 impellar and a bioball. Thanks.

i googled it but all I can is a bunch of old threads that are archived or no longer available. i know it is an old mod but I'd like to try it on an old berlin skimmer I have that I want to run with a mag 5. No love. I guess I'll just run it without since I can't find the mod. I cut a biowheel with a dremmel today and it just won't quite set right so I was wanting to see where everyone else was cutting their bioballs so I could just replicate what they did.

<p style="text-align:left;">Is it easier to use a razor or dremmel. My dremmel does as much melting as cutting and makes for a lot of cleanup on the newly cut piece.
