Creation Reef in Woodstock (also a Sponsor) has several drilled 40 gallon long tanks leftover from their buildout. I just got one for a quarantine tank. If you are wanting a low cost back drilled tank give them a call. I know a 40 may be a little bigger than you were looking for, but...

48"x13"x14" Back left drilled with 1 5/8th" bulkhead. He may also have a couple other dimensions.
