Saw them on RC and looks like pretty good dry rock. It looks porous and inexpensive. Anybody used this kind of rock? Looks like you loose the bad stuff that comes with the live rock.

I have it in the tank in the restaurant and I love the stuff. Great customer service and they work well with the sizes you need/want

Jhutto....have you looked into BRS Eco Rox?
I have their Pukani and shelf rocks and am extremely happy with it. It is VERY porous and light. Also BRS customer service is great.

Below is a pic of my 110 with the Eco Rox back when I first set it up.

I have it in my 120G and was very happy with it. It comes dry so the weight is all rock and no water, but you still need to let it cycle since there is a lot of dead stuff in it that needs to break down.

I have some in my tank and am pretty happy with it. The only thing I don't like is the surface is not very smooth so its not ideal to put zoas or acans on it to grow out.

I just got in 75#. Great stuff. Very pourous and easy to drill:

BRS has a sale for a $1.40 a lb or something like that. I bought 20lbs and got some NICE pieces.

Caribsea has a similar product. I know a couple of our sponsors carry it, although I'm not sure how it's priced.

Dead rock is the way to go; no pests to deal with!
