Today was Election Day! This is not an official BOD meeting minutes, just an informative notice for those who missed the meeting.

Official order of business: elections; bylaw amendment vote

Elections:

The 2013 ARC officer positions as elected by a member vote:

President: Gary Nash (gnashty)
Vice President: Seth Peters (Seth The Wine Guy)
Secretary: Dylan Carter (ripped tide)
Treasurer: Stacy Neece (stacy22)

BOD: Bill MusselWhite.


Bylaw amendment proposal vote:

Submitted by Ralph Scheriff, seconded by Dylan Carter, Christopher Smith, and Matt Van Mol.

The members voted in favor of the proposal 22:7. An amendment to the byLaws will be made.


I just want to thank everyone who came out to this meeting to vote. As always, I enjoy meetings much more than I have ever enjoyed the forums. Thanks for being part of such an excellent club. I saw many old friends, and made a few new friends. Let's keep working together to make this club an attractive asset to all of the reefers in the Atlanta area. You guys rock!
