Membership issues

Hey all,
Long time lurker on the forums, first time poster!
I signed up as a paid member at the ARC barbecue a few weeks back, and still haven't heard anything back to confirm my membership.

I used the "contact us" last week, haven't gotten anything back from that either. Am a bit frustrated...
