Need two double headed heal halides. 10000 k 250 watts. any partiular type anyone recommend?:lol2:

I think you'll find that most on here will recommend Radiums or Ushio bulbs.

Well if 10,000k is the color desired, aren't XM 's the go to bulb in that range?

Radiums are not offered in 250w DE configuration. I like my Ushio 20KKs alright, but they are not as blue as most 20KKs... more like a 14KK Phoenix actually. A 14KK Ushio may be about "10KK-ish" in color.

I have 20k ushios. They are a bit on the purple side. But I like it

i have a pair of ushio DE 250 watt 14k for sale for 30 each. 3 months burn time on them.
