Micro bubbles in tank

I have micro bubbles hanging around everywhere in my tank all of the sudden. The bubbles look to be coming from the sand? I dont smell eggs so i dont think its hydrogen sulfide. Any ideas? I did just change lights and tank is running around 83 degrees.

vacuum the substrate when you do a water change to see if it "pulls them out"
