Micro Bubbles, Please Help

I have just added a external pump to my sump and now I have microbubbles everywhere. What are my initial steps in resolving this issue. In all there is probably 3 feet worth of piping with one valve which is directed back to the sump. There is also a backflow regulator right after the pump.

air must be getting in somewhere. try to seal all the joints. i dont know if this is an option for you but i had a micro bubble problem wich i solved by adding a corse filter pad at the punp return to catch the bubbles. seemed to do the trick
