Micro Torch not Opening

I ordered a Tonga Micro Torch from SaltCritters.com and it has not been doing well at all. It shipped on Tuesday, and arrived on Wednesday around 12. It had fallen off the frag plug so I attached it directly to my rocks. It has not opened at all since it has been in my tank. All of my other coral is doing fantastic though. Anyone have any ideas on how to make it happy? Or is this baby a goner?

That looks pretty far gone unfortunately. I would check your parameters and try an iodine dip

That’s disappointing, it came in just like this. I’ve got a 10day guarantee from the company. I’ll reach out to them again.

Yeah if it came in that condition they definitely ought to replace it for you

I thought they might be the case. It came in, in pretty rough shape. I was hoping it would pull through. The other coral I got from the company, and all my other coral look great.
