With caution means won't eat coral a lot of times.. Got a picture? Just a guess but it will eat the shrimp if its the wrasse I think it is..

I agree it might eat some inverts. The best reef safe wrasses are the flasher and fairies IMO

The Bluehead Wrasse is a medium maintenance fish. A moderately trained aquarist can handle it. The Bluehead Wrasse makes a wonderful addition to the right type of marine aquarium and can live for many years. They are easy to keep but they are sensitive to poor water conditions. You should provide good water filtration and keep up on frequent water changes. Bluehead Wrasse does not bother corals but it will eat crustaceans and invertebrates.

I can tell you from personal experience that this guy will eat snails like they are escargo and shrimp like it was all-you-can-eat month at the Red Lobster. I saw him him do it to a whole handful straight from the plastic bags. I really liked him, but I gave him away when I couldn't get algae under control because all my cuc were on the buffet line. Haven't had a problem since:

I just hit the little "Insert Image" icon above the Reply pane and a pop-up lets me put a link to a "web page" that's acutally a jpeg ftp'd to my web account. I wish I knew how to insert the pics that are thumbnails until you click them.
