Missing cleaner shrimp!

I had this guy for over a year. Very healthy. One day last week he disappeared. We also have a fireshrimp that has been in the tank for right at a year. They stayed on opposite sides. Someone suggested that maybe the fireshrimp git him. Has anyone had issues with fireshrimp being aggressive?? I just don't see it...

If you have any wrasses at all in the tank, it's highly likely that one made the shrimp a meal. Happens to me every time I get one.

No wrasse or dotty backs. Regal Tang is the biggest I have and it's about 4 in long. :-/

Is it possible he jumped? Sometimes they get spooked and jump. I lost a couple of peppermint shrimp that way.

I have a fire shrimp together with mine. Never had a problem. Check the rock work real well they sometimes hid

I never seen an issue with them. I was really hoping he was hiding and maybe molting but it's been 2 weeks. No luck. Guess I see a bd present to myself.

I found mine in the sump several weeks later.... Do you have a sock?

I do and checked. I've checked everywhere.

Maybe he is molting, mine hid for a couple days when he was molting.
