Mosquito Larva good for clowns?

Is mosquito larva nutritional for clown fish? I have accumulated some that I could easily transfer to the clowns tank. What do you think?

They are great if you buy frozen (blood worms) but if you catch them yourself you may get bacteria and parasites with them. The ones you buy frozen are sterilized. Check out Foster & Smith, their site has information on them, most our local venders carry them too! My wrasses and clowns love them, I mix with mysis shrimp, spirulina brime shrimp and cycopeze.
