My dumb question for OCT :) - MJ MODS

I am going to try to limit my dumb questions and hair brained Ideas to one a month - and my last one have been lighting issues I figue a pump mod question would switch it up

So here goes OCT's

Anyone ever came up with a way to use a propeller mod on a Skimmer? I was looking at the MJ Mods and just wondered if you enclosed the propeller & put a output nozzel on it and reduced the input thru a venturi would the housing serve as a good mixing chamber or would it be a cavatation nightmare?

Or a third possibilty of being a good recirculation Mod for a skimmer ?

any thoughts - Ideas or suggestions (other than to stop smoking that stuff lol)
