my Stealth Pro heater just blew up!

I think they are replacing them with the Visi-Therm. I don't know of any major issues with them. They are glass heaters.

You might could try asking if they'll replace it with something else completely (of equal value?) I don't know if they will - but the worst they can do is say no.

i bought a heater at petco last year. but i don't pay attention to brand or kind. Is it written on the heater "stealth"?

Stealths are black plastic (not glass). Pretty easy to distinguish... maybe not so easy to extinguish!

I have several 100w Stealths (originals) I need to take over I guess. Not even sure they work anymore but heck....if they'll even do store credit that's a bonus.

If no receipt they'll give you a gift card for the value of the heater. 200w stealth was around $42, can't remember what the values were for the other sizes. I returned a bunch of heaters, never really buy stuff there, not sure how many years it'll take to use up them up.
