Mystery Wrasse

Been contiplating on getting one of these guys. I know it obviously depends on the fish itself and have read they are reef safe, but who out there have kept them with success in not eating shrimp, feather dusters, clams, smaller fish (like blennies and gobies) etc? Will they eat christmas tree worms and pistol shrimps? Eyeballing one that is small but want to get input on them first.

I'm not certain but I believe they are totally reef safe.

I have read they can go "bad" on you when they get bigger....

Had mine for two years but lost him when half a bottle of Lugols Iodine was dumped in the tank. Mine was very shy and never bothered any fish or corals.

I have a fairly large one in a reef and he has not been a problem but he was also the last fish added. The previous owner had him as one of the first fish in his system and he was a bully. Hasn't bothered the cleaner shrimp in my tank either. I do have smaller clowns but hasn't messed with them. I also feed pretty heavy.
