Naso Tang experience

I have the option of purchasing a regular Naso from Bali or Hawaii. The hawaiin variety is a bit more expensive. I am wondering if anyone can speak on their experiences. I am hoping for a Naso with an appetite for bubble algae.

had 2 in my 210 a while back and cleared everything up. doesn't really matter if its a blond or regular tho both eat BA just the looks is yellow and black backs are the difference. my pounder blue right now is eating BA in my 60 also if price is the reason.

I am looking at only the non-blonde Naso. I can get it from Bali or Hawaii. The one from Bali is cheaper. From what I've heard, the Hawaiin specimens have better coloration and are heathier fish (I assume due to better collection and shipping practices).

Are you talking double the price or $20 - $30 difference? I would get one from Nemo! The Naso I got from him ate ALL my BA in my 150 gal sump/frag system. They need to be large enough though, otherwise they won't eat it (4"+ IMHO).

I always had the reg naso. Now I have the blonde and I love it.
