I just wanted to share an interesting observation. I have two nassarius snails with a light colored shell in one tank and two with a dark color shell in another. The ones with the light colored shell only come out of the sand when they sense food in the water and don't stay out long. The ones with the dark color shell are out a lot. I suppose it could be the difference of tank, but they get about the same amount of food dropped in each day. Not knowing anything about them, my thought is there are different variations. Has anyone had a similar experience?
