need a id on worm??

Tonight as i was just looking at my tank to nice what's new i noticed these worm looking specimans i've never seen before the best way i can describe them is pieces of white thread with hair all over them that seem to scrunch up with any movement then attach back out here is a pic not too good but maybe enough to tell

Almost looks like a ragworm... they are usually large though..
