Need advice on fish disease

I recently had a terrible ich out break right after being out of town too long and a massive cyano outbreak lost quite a few fish. Have fed metro and focus and added uv. Some fish recovered some died. Now im seeing something i dont recognize. My sailfin has tattered fins and many black and white bubble like clusters. Some pimple like things with black rings at the base. Ill include the best pics i can but you know how it is. Any advice? I cannot catch or qt so dont need those comments im out of town waayyy tooo much! Thx!

Hard to tell from the photos, but my guess would be turbellarian worms. If you’re not going to QT, your best bet is probably Prazi. Tattered fins could be a number of things, something like kanaplex may be your best shot there.

I know you don’t wanna hear it, but a QT...
