Gonna sound like a weird question, but I need more algae in the tank. I have several tangs and they need more to eat. They love brine shrimp, lettuce and nori, but there is no algea for them. Any suggestions other than leaving the lights on a bit longer? Thanks

I would ditch the lettuce. Tangs get by quite well without it in the ocean. 
Many tangs like Gracillaria</em> and Ulva</em>. I occasionally see these at sponsor stores but not frequently. I have used mail order for them in the past. Both these algae are fairly easy to cultivate in a refugium. Just pull some out and feed.
