Need help diagnosis Powder Blue problem

Hello, I need help diagnosising what is infecting my Powder Blue. I've had him about 5 weeks and successfully fought off White Ick. Moved him to the main tank and noticed this problem and moved him back to QT tank. The spots have grown in the last 2 days. Can anyone help with diagnosis?
